large cans pork and beans
1/4 cup mustard
1/2 cup ketchup
3/4 to 1 cup dark brown sugar
1/4 cup of molasses
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
1/2 cup chopped onions
Mix and stir all
ingredients. Pour into dish to cook...
Place drained pineapple slices on top (may use medium size can of
pineapple tid bits (small pieces of pineapple) stirred into beans or
place on top.
Note: sometimes I place red cherries in center of
pineapple slices. Bake at 350 deg F (177 c) for 45 minutes to 1 hour,
cover with lid or Aluminum foil.
